My sister-in-law found this company through some research, to help get my parents' house cleaned up. My effort at cleaning was just not going to cut it, and my mother's health was officially a concern.
We called on Sunday, Robert called back Monday and I had pictures to him by EOD. He called back Tuesday first thing with a quote, and had a team ready for Wednesday.
Five guys. One day. Three trucks of trash, one truck of donations. 20 years of clutter and stress... gone. The start time was 8 a.m. and they were there by 7:30, ready to run by 8.
Aside from the efficiency of it all, the entire team was very professional and compassionate to my mother, who was resistant to even showing up. Steve walked her through all that was happening, made sure that she was comfortable with what was going on. The rest of the team was just as great with her. They clearly understand the emotional stress on the people involved, and they acted appropriately.
Yes, it's an expensive service. There is no question about that. And, yes, I was having a bit of anxiety the day before about the cost of this. But at the end of the day, absolutely no regrets. My mother was instantly happier (and, I am happy to report, has stayed that way).

I had two bedrooms and a hall closet that had gotten to be "catch all's" for a good amount of things. I attempted to get motivated and clear and clean them out, but then I realized that it was too big of a task for me.

My experience with Steri-Clean was great. And as others have said, no they are not cheap but I have my peace of mind and feel free of clutter and that to me is priceless!

The cleanup of our garage and several rooms in our home was done by an incredible crew of hardworking and skilled technicians from Steri-Clean. They were unfazed by the tasks they confronted and were extremely sensitive to what things I wanted to locate and keep. An irreplaceable 170 page handwritten autobiography written by my father in law was found by Vincent right at the end of the cleanup. I was emotionally exhausted and wanted to just toss an old duffle bag he brought out of the garage. He gently offered to help me sort it and he found this treasure in a torn paper bag. This is just an example of how positive this experience was. Thanks to Steve, Vincent and the rest of the crew. They left the now clutter free spaces of our home sparkling clean and artfully organized.
