My sister-in-law found this company through some research, to help get my parents' house cleaned up. My effort at cleaning was just not going to cut it, and my mother's health was officially a concern. We called on Sunday, Robert called back Monday and I had pictures to him by EOD. He called back Tuesday first thing with a quote, and had a team ready for Wednesday. Five guys. One day. Three trucks of trash, one truck of donations. 20 years of clutter and stress... gone. The start time was 8 a.m. and they were there by 7:30, ready to run by 8. Aside from the efficiency of it all, the entire team was very professional and compassionate to my mother, who was resistant to even showing up. Steve walked her through all that was happening, made sure that she was comfortable with what was going on. The rest of the team was just as great with her. They clearly understand the emotional stress on the people involved, and they acted appropriately. Yes, it's an expensive service. There is no question about that. And, yes, I was having a bit of anxiety the day before about the cost of this. But at the end of the day, absolutely no regrets. My mother was instantly happier (and, I am happy to report, has stayed that way). Well done, guys. Highly recommended. Note: The job was done at the end of December, I just haven't had the time to review until now. I wish I did it sooner to give credit to all of the guys, but I've forgotten names unfortunately
