We have numerous cleanup technicians and vehicles that can respond from a different office throughout California 24 hours a day. We can usually be on scene within 30-90 minutes from the time we are requested from the closest office to your service area.

Our services are almost always covered by homeowners, commercial, and auto insurance policies. We can handle your claim from start to finish so you don't have to. In cases of homicides, assaults and other crimes against people, the State of California will pay up to $1,000 for our services as well as funeral services, couseling, lost wages, security system installation, and many other costs. We receive this question a lot. First know that most homeowners, auto and commercial insurance policies pay for our services and often pay for damages to the structure as well. We work with every insurance company and can start working on the claim for you as soon as we have your policy information. Unfortunately we can't give an accurate price without seeing the scene first. Until we know exactly what is involved, we won't know our costs. The biggest factor in calculating our fees, is how many employees the job will need, how long they will be there, and how much biohazard disposal will be needed. We do offer free estimates anywhere in California. Our prices are fair and reasonable. We will apply self pay discounts and attempt to make some kind of payment arrangements for anyone that needs to pay out of pocket. We will also beat any compaines written estimate as long as they are a legitimate company. Some companies are charging outrageous prices. Do not agree to any service until you have received an estimate from us! We will save you a lot of money, guaranteed.

(Federal Regulation 29CFR1910.1030) States: Your employees can only cleanup blood, bodily fluids, biohazard, or infectious waste if: 1)They have been formally trained in blood borne pathogens 2) You have a written blood borne pathogens plan. 3) Have personal protective equipment available. 4) Have been offered hepatitis vacccine with a follow up visit. 5) Provide them with proper method to remove, store, and legally dispose of biohazardous waste. Only after these steps are met, can an employee clean a biohazard scene.
